Tami's Favorite Holiday Recipe: Balsamic Brussel Sprouts
2 cups Brussel Sprouts (shaved)
1 cup Crimini Mushrooms (baby bella mushrooms, sliced)
2 teaspoons Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic Dressing (use Ideal Protein or Walden Farms if on Phase 1-3)
2 oz Diced Ham
Garlic and Green Onion
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ham to pan and cook until browned. Add oil, shaved brussel sprouts, green onion, and garlic and saute together.
In a separate pan over high heat, add mushrooms and 1 teaspoon oil. Cook until wilted appearance. Add balsamic dressing to mix. Pour over brussel sprouts and serve!
